The School for Humaning Well

BEING HUMAN ISN’T EASY.
LET’S DO IT WELL.

A six-month journey to free yourself from the noise, come home to your true nature, and live with more peace, presence, and love

Limited to 20 participants · Begins January 2026

What does it mean to human well?

This school isn’t about self-improvement. It’s about self-liberation.

At some point, for many of us, survival stopped being about food and shelter—and started being about protecting identity. We became obsessed with being seen a certain way: as good, kind, accomplished, spiritual, healthy. And self-improvement became our religion.

Everywhere you turn, someone’s selling a “better” version of you—more productive, more beautiful, more enlightened. We chase it, hoping that if we just work hard enough, fix enough, earn enough, we’ll finally be okay. Safe. Loved. Whole. Free.

But what if the constant effort to become better is actually the thing pulling us further away from who we truly are?

To human well isn’t about achieving some idealized version of yourself.

It’s not about transcending your flaws, becoming spiritually superior, building a polished life, or finally “getting it right.”

It’s about meeting yourself—and your life—with honesty, compassion, and presence.

It’s about understanding your human design—what’s driving your actions—so that you have greater choice.

Because underneath the striving, pleasing, and withdrawing… is fear. Fear of failure. Rejection. Abandonment. And when fear is at the wheel, we live in reaction—not truth.

The problem isn’t the desire to grow—it’s what’s motivating it.

There’s no shame in wanting to evolve. That longing is sacred. But when the ego is chasing safety, approval, or perfection, we forget that we’re already whole.

This school is here to help you remember.

You are not broken. Your life is not a problem to solve.

And when we stop resisting what’s real, life becomes richer, truer, more alive—not because we’ve improved, but because we’ve come home to ourselves.

Why This School, Why Now?

The Heartache Is Real. So Is the Way Home.

We’re living in a time of unraveling.

Systems are crumbling. Division is growing. The Earth is hurting.
And beneath the surface of our busy, achievement-driven lives… so are we.

This isn’t just personal pain—it’s generational, systemic, and global. A culture built on individualism, separation, and control has brought us to burnout, blame, and profound disconnection.

We were taught to go it alone. To prove our worth. To see pain as weakness.
To prioritize success over sufficiency. Mind over heart. Power over presence.
And in doing so, we’ve forgotten our belonging—to each other, to the planet, and to ourselves.

But pain, while deep, is also a portal. When we stop avoiding it—and meet it with compassion—something begins to shift.

We remember that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. That freedom is not a solo pursuit. That our personal liberation is woven into the collective’s.

This is the deeper work of The School for Humaning Well.

It’s not about fixing ourselves. It’s about freeing ourselves—from the systems and stories that have kept us small, separate, and afraid. And in that freedom, something new becomes possible.

We begin to live from presence, not fear. To meet life with an open heart—even when it hurts. Especially when it hurts. And from that place, we relate, lead, and create differently.

We start to build a world where tenderness is wisdom.
Where intuition is honored.
Where success is measured in connection, not accumulation.
Where being human doesn’t mean being separate—but being of everything.

This is the deeper revolution. Not one of domination, but of devotion to what’s real.

This is how we begin to heal.
Together.

The people who've walked this path with me are living proof that this kind of deep transformation is not only possible—it's your birthright:

Heather Rae Priest | producer, advocate, artist

“My work with Amber changed how I experience my life. It was steady over the course of the work, subtle in its display, and evocative in its depth. I went into the work with an idea of what I wanted, what I was looking for — and by the end realized that I had truly transformed and the things I wanted were different. My wishes had deepened, become clearer, and left me with a sense of openness to the unknown. That was powerful. The work is really about becoming our truest selves, often without definitive lines but rather with a heightened awareness and new-found listening. I am truly grateful and would recommend this work only to those who are not afraid to go deeper.”

FROM SURVIVAL TO SOVEREIGNTY

We can’t create a new way of living by using the same patterns that created the old one.

This isn’t about adding more to your to-do list.
It’s about deepening into what’s already within you and softening what’s been in the way.

Most of us operate from deeply embedded conditioning—perfectionism, people-pleasing, control, avoidance. These were protective strategies. But now, they keep us stuck.

The School’s core teachings—The Pillars of Humaning Well—are here to shift the foundation you live from.

Each one is a doorway back to your essence.

The Pillars of Humaning Well

The Mechanics of You

You are not just a mind. You’re a system—made of thought, feeling, sensation, energy, and something deeper: awareness itself.

PILLAR 01
  • Through this pillar, you’ll learn how your human design actually works—not just conceptually, but experientially: the nature of thought, the intelligence of emotion (especially the uncomfortable kind), and the role of the nervous system in shaping your experience.

This isn’t about mastering the mind or controlling your state. In some ways it’s the opposite. It’s about understanding how your inner world functions so you can stop pathologizing your pain—and start relating to it with curiosity and compassion.

When you understand your system, you begin to feel safer within. The bumps of life are still there—but now you notice them earlier. You respond instead of react. You stop adapting to constant stress and start listening to what your body, heart, and mind are trying to show you.

From that place, you can make choices with more clarity, ease, and alignment—from who you truly are.

Imagination vs. Reality

Most of us live from the neck up—disconnected from our bodies, caught in our heads.

PILLAR 02
  • We dwell in imagination, believing the mind’s vivid stories about the past and future. And while these stories are designed to keep us safe, they often do the opposite.

This is the source of so much of our suffering. Because the mind reacts to imagined danger, while the body responds to what’s actually happening—here and now.

The mind lies all the time. The body doesn’t.

In this pillar, you’ll learn to recognize the difference. You’ll practice noticing when you're spinning in thought—and gently return to what’s real. You’ll explore how to stop reacting to fear-based illusions, and begin responding from presence, truth, and trust.

This shift softens urgency, quiets anxiety, and opens space for coming home to yourself.

Coping Strategies: A Path to Compassion

Pleasing. Striving. Overworking. Overthinking. Blaming. Numbing. Shutting down. Withdrawing. These aren’t flaws. They’re strategies.

PILLAR 03
  • Ways your system created to help you feel safe, loved, and in control.

We tend to judge these behaviors—trying to fix or overcome them. But what if the very things you’ve been trying to get rid of… are actually pointing you toward healing?

This pillar is about turning toward the parts of you you’ve labeled “bad” or “broken”—and seeing them with new eyes.

Not to indulge them, but to understand them. To meet them with kindness.

Because when you understand how a coping strategy formed—and what it reflects about your state of mind—it begins to loosen.

And as it loosens, your capacity expands.

    You soften. You listen.

And in that space, compassion blooms—not just for yourself, but for others too.

Running on Love, Not Fear

Fear wears many masks—anxiety, perfectionism, urgency, blame. It’s often so close we can’t see it.

PILLAR 04
  • So we react from habit, following old survival strategies we didn’t consciously choose but learned to rely on.

This is part of the unlearning process. There’s no shame in it. But there is another way.

    To run on love.

Not the kind of love that skips over pain with affirmations or silver linings—but the kind that meets fear at the root. That listens to the body. That softens into the places the mind resists.

This pillar invites you to build the capacity to turn toward fear. To stay with what’s arising in the moment and feel deeply. To choose love—not as a concept, but as a way of being.

👉 Want to explore more? Read: Running on Love

Vulnerability as Your Superpower

Many of us were taught to hide our tenderness. To present well. Hold it together. Stay strong.

PILLAR 05
  • We learned that vulnerability meant weakness—or worse, that it made us a burden. So we armored up. Smiled through pain. Strived to be “fine.” And in the process, we lost touch with the very thing that makes us feel most alive: our authenticity.

Vulnerability isn’t weakness. It’s honesty. It’s letting yourself be seen and loved—every part of glorious you! Not for attention or approval—but as a path to connection, healing, and wholeness.

We come into this life completely vulnerable—and somehow we are taken care of.

That same path is available now, beneath the fear and conditioning.

This pillar is about reclaiming your softness. About recognizing that your willingness to feel it all is a strength—not a liability. Because when you stop hiding your heart, you expand your capacity to love and to receive—and you give others permission to do the same.

The Power of Space

We live in a world that glorifies doing. More, faster, better, now.
Rest is treated like a luxury.

PILLAR 06
  • Stillness, a waste of time. But wisdom doesn’t shout—it whispers (most of the time).

And to hear it, we need space.

This pillar invites you to reclaim pause as a sacred practice. Not as a reward for productivity, but as a way of remembering who you are. Because presence isn’t something you achieve—it’s something you return to.

Space doesn’t just settle the nervous system—it also reveals what’s been hidden. When you slow down, old patterns come into view. You begin to notice the anxiety you’ve normalized, the coping strategies you’ve worn like skin. What was unconscious becomes clear. And what’s clear can be met with love.

Taking space doesn’t mean you stop creating. It means you plug back into Source—so when you return to action, you’re fueled by alignment. Productivity becomes inspired. Sustainable. Alive.

Because when you stop filling every crack with noise or effort, something softer has room to rise: Clarity. Compassion. Truth. And life becomes less about making things happen—and more about letting them happen.

mary hyatt | holistic life and business coach

“Taking time away from the busyness of life gave me the space to reconnect with my soul’s voice and remember who I am beneath the noise and fear. The biggest gift was the deep homecoming I felt—to myself, my soul, and the Divine within me. I remembered that life is always supporting me and that I can trust my own wisdom. Without having to force it, the structure of the retreat allowed for a profound insight to emerge—one that revealed the root of my struggles and completely shifted my understanding of myself and my purpose. It was a powerful ah-ha moment that changed the way I see my life and will guide me moving forward.”

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU HUMAN WELL?

You…

  • Soften urgency & quiet anxiety

Step out of survival mode and return to presence, where peace and clarity live.

  • Build trust in your inner wisdom

Release doubt and overthinking. Learn to listen to your body, your intuition, your truth.

  • Rest without guilt & receive with ease

Let go of proving. Allow yourself to be supported—without apology or earning.

  • Deepen presence in your relationships

Show up with honesty, openness, and attunement. Connect beyond roles and expectations.

  • Feel safe to be seen—exactly as you are

Drop the mask. There’s nothing to fix. Your wholeness belongs.

  • Set boundaries without guilt or explanation

Honor your needs. Say no from love, not fear.

  • Unhook from pressure and perfection

Let go of proving your worth. You’re already enough.

  • Lead, create, & serve from sufficiency

Root your work in truth, not hustle. Let your being lead your doing.

  • Attract more with less grasping or pushing

Let alignment guide your business, relationships, and finances. The more you relax into who you are, the more life flows to you.

these aren’t just possibilities…
they can be your reality.

WHO THIS IS FOR

There’s no perfect background, income level, or spiritual practice required. This work is about meeting yourself honestly—without the masks, the proving, or the pressure.

It’s for those who are ready to pause the hustle, soften their grip, and explore what it means to live from something deeper than fear. For those who sense there’s more to life than achievement… and are curious enough to find out what that “more” really is.

This Is FOR You If…

  • You’re tired of chasing “better”

  • You want real, lasting transformation—not surface fixes

  • You long to trust life—and yourself—more deeply

  • You’re ready to soften instead of strive

  • You feel the pull to live from love, not fear

  • You crave a space where all of you is welcome

This Is Not For You If…

  • You’re looking for a quick fix or instant breakthrough

  • You want a heavily structured, linear curriculum

  • You aren’t open to exploring the emotional, energetic, or spiritual dimensions of growth

  • You want someone else to give you the answers

  • You’re not ready to take responsibility for your experience

This space is open to all humans. All ages, races, genders, professions.
If you have a heart that beats and a mind that spins, you’re welcome here.
You belong here.

ken flaviano naranja | life coach, facilitator, advocate training coordinator & uncle ken

“I didn’t expect this work to be the catalyst for my health transformation, but that’s exactly what it became. After decades of struggle, my diabetes went into remission. I’ve stopped hiding from the truth—whether it’s blood work, debt, or grief—and started meeting it with honesty, neutrality, and compassion. That shift has changed everything.

For the first time, I’m tracking, choosing, and creating from love. I’m not using food to avoid my feelings. I’m not overworking to prove my worth. I’m listening to my body. I’m honoring my intuition. And I’m letting God lead. My business is no longer separate from my healing—it’s an extension of it. What I’ve learned has helped me show up more honestly in my work, speak up when I need support, and hold space for others with even greater love.

I used to think healing meant fixing. Now I know—it means remembering who I am and being willing to love myself all the way through.”

Client Stories

While this is the first time I’m offering The School for Humaning Well, the work within it has been unfolding for years. These reflections come from clients who’ve experienced this transformation through private sessions, groups, and retreats.

The format may have varied—but the foundation is the same:
coming home to the truth of who you are.

FAQs

  • No. You don’t need to have any particular background, practice, or spiritual language to participate. This school is not about performing spirituality or fitting into any mold—it’s about your own direct experience of truth. What matters most is your willingness to pause, listen, and explore what’s alive in you. That’s the practice.

  • We believe everyone is a leader in their own life. Not because of a title—but because of the way you show up in the world. When you listen to your inner wisdom, take responsibility for your experience, or choose compassion over performance… that’s leadership. This work honors that kind of quiet power. And for that reason, this school is for anyone ready to come home to themselves—regardless of profession, background, or life experience. All are welcome here.

  • No, this program is not religious, and it’s not affiliated with any specific tradition or faith. The work is grounded in universal human experiences—presence, compassion, awareness, and connection. People from all backgrounds—religious, spiritual, agnostic, or questioning—are welcome here. All that’s needed is an open heart, a curious mind, and a willingness to be with your direct experience.

  • This is not therapy, and it’s not intended to replace or serve as a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or medical support from trained professionals. This program is educational in nature. It shares a spiritual understanding of how the human experience works—not by going into the past, or teaching people to control their thoughts or feelings, but by helping you relate to your experience with deeper awareness, compassion, and presence. As you engage with this work, you may notice a by-product of greater peace, clarity, and connection—even in the face of difficulty. But this is not a clinical or diagnostic space.

  • This program does not include private 1:1 sessions. However, Amber will be offering direct coaching during all class weekends and weekly Office Hours.

For those who feel called to explore deeper individual support, Amber offers a Private Retreat Package and longer 1:1 coaching containers. As a gesture of support, all School for Humaning Well students will receive a $2,000 credit toward a Private Retreat, valid through the end of 2026.

This retreat offers a space to integrate the work more intimately. If it feels right, it’s available.

  • The in-person weekends are essential and attendance is required. For virtual weekends, it’s okay if you miss one. We understand that life happens. Weekly office hours are optional and offered for additional support. Recordings will be provided for all Zoom sessions, so you can revisit or catch up as needed.

  • Only the Zoom sessions—including virtual class weekends, guest webinars, and weekly Office Hours—will be recorded and shared with participants. Recordings will be delivered within 48 hours of the live session.

  • The availability of recordings for the virtual weekends, webinars, and office hours will expire on July 20, 2026.

  • Yes. The group is intentionally limited to 20 participants to create a spacious, intimate container where everyone can feel seen, supported, and safe to explore deeply.

  • This school isn’t about fixing any one area of life—but when you deepen your relationship with yourself, everything tends to shift.

The work you’ll experience here supports you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom and navigating life with more emotional resilience and presence. You may find yourself more grounded in business decisions, more open and honest in relationships, or more attuned to your inner guidance in health and parenting.

This isn’t about learning techniques or managing outcomes. It’s about seeing through what’s been in the way, so you can move from a deeper sense of clarity, sufficiency, freedom and trust.

The impact is often felt across all areas—not because you're trying harder, but because you're operating from a more stable, authentic center.

  • This program is not a form of therapy, nor is it intended to replace professional mental health support.

It is an educational and spiritual exploration—one that invites you to relate to your experience with more understanding, presence, and compassion. Rather than teaching you to manage or control your thoughts and emotions, this work supports you in experiencing the deeper intelligence behind your human design.

As you begin to see how your system works—without judgment or resistance—you may experience greater emotional steadiness, less suffering, and more access to well-being.
But this is not a clinical or diagnostic space. It’s a space for remembering the truth of who you are beneath the noise.

  • Come with an open mind and a willing heart. That’s the most important thing.

The more fully you engage, the more you’ll receive. That means showing up for class weekends in full, participating in office hours when possible, listening to recordings when you can’t, and giving yourself space to integrate what you’re learning between sessions.

This isn’t about mastering content. It’s about being present for your experience.
And you won’t be doing it alone. The rhythm of the program is designed to support you—gently, consistently, and with care.

  • Bring yourself and an open mind. That’s the most important thing.

    You’ll also want:

    • Comfortable clothing (layers are great)

    • A journal and pen

    • A water bottle

    • Anything that helps you feel grounded and at ease (e.g., cushion, shawl, etc.)

There will be light snacks and refreshments provided throughout the weekend. We’ll also take a midday break for lunch—you're welcome to bring something or head out to a nearby spot.

You’ll receive a logistics email before each gathering with everything you need to know.

  • Create a space where you can be present and uninterrupted. You’ll want:

    • A quiet environment, ideally with headphones

    • Your computer or tablet (a larger screen is ideal)

    • A journal and pen

    • Comfortable clothes

    • A willingness to be real, present, and open

You're welcome to light a candle, grab a blanket, or make tea—whatever helps create a sacred, grounded space in your home.

  • The in-person weekends will be held in Granada Hills, California.

If you’re traveling, we’ve created a helpful Travel Guide with nearby hotels, airports, rental car info, grocery stores, and more.

    Sessions run:

    • Friday evenings (6:30–8:30pm PT)

    • Saturday and Sunday (10am–4pm PT, with closing celebration 4–6pm on June 14)

We recommend arriving by Friday afternoon and staying through Sunday evening or Monday morning.

  • No. There’s nothing you need to study in advance.

That said, you may be offered optional resources—articles, books, audios, guest teacher content—throughout the program to deepen your experience.

  • Some tuition assistance is available for those with financial hardship.
If you feel a strong call to this program and finances are the main thing in the way, you're welcome to reach out.

Please email hello@amberkrzys.com with a few words about your situation, and we’ll share next steps if space is available.

Because this is a small, intimate group, assistance is limited and offered with care.

  • Due to the intimate nature of this experience and the limited space, tuition is non-refundable once your spot is confirmed.

Please take the time to listen deeply. If your heart is whispering yes, that’s the sign to follow. And if it’s not, that’s beautiful too.
