Private Retreats

The Private Retreat is a four-day immersion
—in person or virtual—
to remember who you are and come home to what’s true.

Four days together. Two months of integration.

From one perspective, there isn't much to this retreat. Yet, from another, everything is available from it.

There is no structured agenda or set content. No frameworks to master. Just four days of honest conversation, real rest for the mind and body, and enough space for insight to surface on its own.

That's the whole premise: you already have access to clarity, wisdom, and a deeper knowing of who you are and what you truly want. Most of what gets in the way is noise—the doing, the fixing, the constant ruminating and analyzing. This retreat isn't about adding anything. It's about creating enough stillness for what's already true to become obvious.

Clients often call it a homecoming. To their own voice. To their wisdom. To the truth that they were never actually broken.

If some part of you is craving that kind of return,
this may be the next right step.

The structure allowed for a profound insight to emerge—one that revealed the root of my struggles."

How This Works

This retreat holds very little structure on purpose. Structure is useful for a lot of things—it isn't especially useful for insight. Insight tends to show up in the space where effort isn't. And the insight we're after isn't the kind that stays in your head. A mental understanding still requires a next step—something to manage, apply, remember to do differently.

The insight this retreat makes room for is different. It's a shift at the level of consciousness itself—mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, all at once—the way a scene suddenly changes from black and white to color. Nothing left to figure out. It's simply clear.

So we keep things simple: real conversation, real rest, and enough room for whatever wants to surface to actually surface. You won't be handed a workbook. You'll be met, fully, exactly as you are.

This is not a cookie-cutter experience. It's deeply personal. We go where your soul is ready to go.

What Clients Are Saying

  • Mary Hyatt

    Holistic Life and Business Coach

This retreat with Amber was truly life-changing. Taking four days away from the busyness of life gave me the space to reconnect with my soul’s voice and remember who I am beneath the noise and fear. Amber’s approach was gentle yet profound. She allowed the experience to unfold naturally, guiding me with compassion and love every step of the way.

The biggest gift was the deep homecoming I felt—to myself, my soul, and the Divine within me. I remembered that life is always supporting me and that I can trust my own wisdom. Without having to force it, the structure of the retreat allowed for a profound insight to emerge—one that revealed the root of my struggles and completely shifted my understanding of myself and my purpose. It was a powerful ah-ha moment that changed the way I see my life and will guide me moving forward.

Amber’s presence was a gift. She leads with authenticity, grace, and genuine care, always pointing you back to your own truth. Her space is a sanctuary—a perfect environment for breakthroughs and healing.

If you’re considering this retreat, my advice is simple: book it. This is more than a retreat; it’s an immersion into your truest self with a masterful guide by your side. It will shift your life in ways you can’t imagine.”

  • Sarah Sanderson

Life and Leadership Coach and Consultant

“It was life-changing. Not because I became someone else, but because I remembered more deeply who I am. My 1:1 retreat with Amber gave me something I didn’t even realize I was craving: permission. Permission to slow down, to rest without an agenda, to embrace imperfection, and most importantly, to trust myself.

I left with more self-compassion, a quieter mind, and a deeper trust in my intuition and purpose. I reconnected with parts of myself that had been buried under years of perfectionism and “do-er” energy—my authentic voice, my passion for helping others, and my desire to share more boldly. I’m now showing up with more permission, clarity, and confidence—and it’s already impacting how I move through life and share my work.

This was truly one of the best investments I’ve made in myself and my business.
If you’re even considering it (or even if you’re not), let this be your sign—it’s a hell yes.”

  • Crawford Cragun

    Executive Coach

“Amber’s 1:1 Private Retreat offered me a rare opportunity to slow down and truly be with myself, creating space for deeper reflection without the usual rush of daily life. The open structure and peaceful environment allowed me to uncover some profound insights, like realizing that I create much of my own upset.

Over time, I had adopted a belief that sharing my struggles was the most authentic way to connect deeply with others. As we explored this, I came to see that vulnerability doesn’t need to come from a place of, or the idea that, something must be wrong. This new awareness is already transforming how I approach my connections and relationships and has brought a significant shift in my self-talk and how I see my life.

Throughout the retreat, Amber’s approach made a big difference in helping me see clearly how I relate to myself and others. In addition to the peaceful retreat location, she held space without judgment, allowing me to uncover patterns of resistance and defensiveness that often arise when I receive help or support. We were never in a hurry to capture a key learning or takeaway. With well-timed breaks and gentle guidance, I was able to explore these feelings from a place of self-acceptance. Seeing myself more clearly will impact my life in lasting ways.

If you’re looking to step away from the typical coaching format and dive into a space that invites true self-reflection, discovery, and new awareness that leads to personal growth that sticks, I highly recommend spending time in this retreat with Amber as your guide. The blend of gentle exploration, meaningful activities, unscheduled personal time, and Amber’s encouraging presence created a powerful experience—one that engaged my curiosity and willingness to connect deeply with myself and what truly matters in my life.”

  • Katelyn Lodholz

    Life and Wellness Coach

“Amber’s retreat gave me something I didn’t even know I needed: a chance to slow down, reconnect with myself, and uncover truths that had been shaping my life without me realizing it. One of the biggest realizations I had was identifying the belief that’s been driving so much of how I show up in the world: ‘If I’m myself, I won’t be loved.’ This understanding was transformative because I saw that the ‘solution’ to most of my challenges wasn’t outside me—it was authenticity. It’s hard to put into words how impactful this retreat was—it has truly shifted the course of my life.”

  • Sofia Koutsiana

    Life Coach

“My time with Amber was truly transformative. I learned to connect with myself on a much deeper level and became more aware of how I react to situations. Rather than taking my reactions personally, I began observing them from a place of non-judgment.

This new awareness has allowed me to approach areas of my life—such as money, health, and work—with a sense of encouragement and support rather than pressure.. The serene environment, complete with amenities like the infrared sauna and cold plunge, made the experience even more impactful. I will hold this journey in my heart for a long time.”

A TEDx talk. $44,000 in debt that became my first multiple six-figure year. Building a dream home and retreat space. And every kind of striving in between.

None of it made me feel whole. What did was learning to human well—not achieve or fix or force my way there, but remember my way home.
