Upcoming Groups and Events

These are the current ways to go deeper with me beyond 1:1 coaching. Whether you're drawn to a season-long immersion or a few days fully devoted to yourself, each is an invitation to meet what's real and remember what's already whole in you.

Program:

Turning Toward Yourself: Identity, Direct Perception & What It Opens In Love

Dates:

Tuesday, October 13, 2026

open to all— free guest faculty conversation

Most of us are living from a story about who we are—built from thought, memory, and old conditioning. Join Dr. Amy Johnson, Dan Kelso, and Amber Krzys for a live conversation on the difference between thinking and direct perception, and what opens—in your relationship to yourself and to others—when you meet from direct experience instead of old stories. Part of the free Guest Faculty Series launching The School for Humaning Well®. Can't attend live? A recording is sent to all registrants within 48 hours.

Program:

Turning Toward The Body: Aliveness, Safety & The Wisdom Of Sensation

Dates:

Thursday, November 5, 2026

open to all— free guest faculty conversation

Most of us learned to leave our bodies to survive—overriding hunger, pleasure, and desire to stay safe and get it right. Join Kendra Cover and Amber Krzys for a live conversation on turning toward the body instead of away from it, and how sensation becomes a pathway back to safety, aliveness, and a truer sense of self. Part of the free Guest Faculty Series launching The School for Humaning Well®. Can't attend live? A recording is sent to all registrants within 48 hours.

Program:

Turning Toward What Is: Presence, Conditioning, And The Freedom Already Here

Dates:

Tuesday, December 1, 2026

open to all— free guest faculty conversation

Most of us learned to manage our experience rather than meet it. Join Rohini Ross and Amber Krzys for a live conversation on what becomes possible when we turn toward what's actually here instead of resisting it—and how presence, not effort, reveals the openness that was never lost. Part of the free Guest Faculty Series launching The School for Humaning Well®. Can't attend live? A recording is sent to all registrants within 48 hours.

Program:

The School for Humaning Well®

Dates:

January 15–June 17, 2027

open to all

The School for Humaning Well® is a six-month immersive program designed to help you unhook from fear, soften control, and live with grounded freedom. Through a powerful blend of live class weekends—both in-person and virtual—along with weekly support and guided practices, you'll reconnect with your innate wholeness and discover new ways of relating to yourself, others, and life.

Rather than striving to become a better version of yourself, you'll be invited to meet what's here with compassion and presence. This work is experiential, intimate, and deeply personal—limited to just 14 participants. Inside this sacred space, transformation unfolds not through pressure, but through truth, awareness, and grace.

If you're longing to slow down, feel safe in your experience, and live from your deepest truth—this School is for you.

What Clients Are Discovering

Before this work, there was Broadway.

A TEDx talk. $44,000 in debt that became my first multiple six-figure year. Building a dream home and retreat space. And every kind of striving in between.

None of it made me feel whole. What did was learning to human well—not achieve or fix or force my way there, but remember my way home.

I hold an MA in Spiritual Psychology and have trained with teachers including Byron Katie, Rohini Ross, and Robert Holden.
