The Secret to Humaning Well® Newsletter

A twice-monthly exploration
into who you truly are.

And what opens when you remember.

Something brought you here.

Maybe life sent you something you didn't ask for—a loss, a rupture, a season that brought you to your knees. Or maybe everything looks fine from the outside, and yet there's a persistent feeling that something is missing. That you're moving through life but not quite in it. Or maybe you've had a radical shift in perspective and are looking to deepen it. Or you simply have a curiosity about who you truly are beyond the confines of conditioning.

Either way, you're in the right place.

What This Is

The Secret to Humaning Well® Newsletter is a free, twice-monthly letter exploring the most direct path I know to a life that feels genuinely good on the inside—not because everything has gone right, but because you've discovered the deeper ground of something that was always already here.

This isn't a newsletter about self-improvement. It's not about becoming a better, more optimized version of yourself. It's about something quieter and more radical than that: recognizing that the peace, freedom, and aliveness you've been searching for aren't somewhere ahead of you. They're available right now—underneath the stories, the coping strategies, and the conditioning that's been running quietly in the background of your life.

That recognition—seeing through the noise to what's actually true—is what I mean by humaning well.

And the secret? You're already doing it. At whatever level of consciousness you're operating from right now, your system is doing its absolute best to care for you. The anxiety, the urgency, the self-reliance, the perfectionism—none of it is broken. It's innocent. It's just a strategy the mind has used to keep you safe.

This community invites curiosity about what's ready to be seen. Once you see it, something changes. Not because you fixed it. But because you finally met it.

What We Explore Together

Every letter is part personal reflection, part teaching, part invitation. Written from the middle of real life—not from a place of having it all figured out.

Who This Is For

You don't need a spiritual background to belong here. You don't need to have the right vocabulary or the right beliefs.

You just need to be curious.

Curious about what's underneath the busyness. Curious about why certain patterns keep repeating. Curious about whether there's a different way to move through the hard things—one that doesn't require white-knuckling, performing, constantly holding it all together, or withdrawing from life.

If something in you senses there's a different way to live—this letter is for you.

“It was life-changing. Not because I became someone else, but because I remembered more deeply who I am. My 1:1 retreat with Amber gave me something I didn’t even realize I was craving: permission. Permission to slow down, to rest without an agenda, to embrace imperfection, and most importantly, to trust myself.

I left with more self-compassion, a quieter mind, and a deeper trust in my intuition and purpose. I reconnected with parts of myself that had been buried under years of perfectionism and “do-er” energy—my authentic voice, my passion for helping others, and my desire to share more boldly. I’m now showing up with more permission, clarity, and confidence—and it’s already impacting how I move through life and share my work.

This was truly one of the best investments I’ve made in myself and my business.
If you’re even considering it (or even if you’re not), let this be your sign—it’s a hell yes.”

“I felt drawn to Amber’s blog because I knew I needed a fresh perspective on how I have been approaching my life and body. I have been obsessing about my weight since I was a young girl and throughout many different sizes and points of my life. I have tried fad diets and cleanses since I was a teenager and nothing has ever lasted. I have just had further frustration built each time I failed or gained the weight back. Working with Amber helped me be with those negative feelings of guilt and failure and reprogram my mindset and lifestyle so I can live the life I truly want—free and happy!”

"I’ve finally been able to establish a solid routine in my life, including things like daily meditation to keep focused and centered. In my career as a creative person, I feel more confident than ever in expressing my authentic voice. I can clearly hear the change in the music I write these days. Probably the most profound changes in me have happened on the inside though. I've learned how to find balance, forgive myself, express gratitude, stay curious, and be courageous in the face of my fears. I needed my entire life to change - and that’s kinda what happened.

Over the course of several months, Amber was able to help me dismantle my circus show of spinning plates. I no longer felt like my whole world was one bump away from crashing down around me. “This wonderful program truly shifted my way of thinking and relating to the world. I am a natural skeptic and was worried a group wasn’t for me, but I am so glad I gave myself this wonderful opportunity. I opened up to vulnerability, allowed myself to slow down and be more present in all areas of my life, and learned to act from a place of feeling instead of overthinking. I originally wanted to focus on my own business, but quickly realized that it would be so much more beneficial to focus on my personal growth.”

“Working with Amber has been an unbelievable journey—life-changing! My current way of living was no longer serving me. Fear seemed to be a predominant emotion in my life, keeping my dreams small.

Through the work I did with Amber, individually, and in groups, my life changed. I learned to embrace the scared and vulnerable one, who had no voice. I learned to be kinder and gentler and to stand up for myself. I learned to accept my humanness and to be open and vulnerable. I listened to my inner voice, took courageous action even with fear present, and much to my surprise, that journey led to decisions about taking care of myself, running my business differently, and having more quality time. It ultimately opened more doors!

I can’t thank Amber enough for her kindness, compassion, intuitiveness, and insight. She is truly a very special soul. And for that, I am grateful.”

“Amber’s 1:1 Private Retreat offered me a rare opportunity to slow down and truly be with myself, creating space for deeper reflection without the usual rush of daily life. The open structure and peaceful environment allowed me to uncover some profound insights, like realizing that I create much of my own upset.

Over time, I had adopted a belief that sharing my struggles was the most authentic way to connect deeply with others. As we explored this, I came to see that vulnerability doesn’t need to come from a place of, or the idea that, something must be wrong. This new awareness is already transforming how I approach my connections and relationships and has brought a significant shift in my self-talk and how I see my life.

Throughout the retreat, Amber’s approach made a big difference in helping me see clearly how I relate to myself and others. In addition to the peaceful retreat location, she held space without judgment, allowing me to uncover patterns of resistance and defensiveness that often arise when I receive help or support. We were never in a hurry to capture a key learning or takeaway. With well-timed breaks and gentle guidance, I was able to explore these feelings from a place of self-acceptance. Seeing myself more clearly will impact my life in lasting ways.

If you’re looking to step away from the typical coaching format and dive into a space that invites true self-reflection, discovery, and new awareness that leads to personal growth that sticks, I highly recommend spending time in this retreat with Amber as your guide. The blend of gentle exploration, meaningful activities, unscheduled personal time, and Amber’s encouraging presence created a powerful experience—one that engaged my curiosity and willingness to connect deeply with myself and what truly matters in my life.”

  • Marla Mervis-Hartmann

“Amber's workshop was transformative for me. It helped me align with my inner wisdom and recognize how some of my belief systems were not serving me and how specific nervous system alignments were a powerful inner shift. I loved all the practices Amber shared, like breathwork, movement, and emotional inquiry. The group setting fostered such a strong sense of community and connection.

Most importantly, I learned that nothing is wrong and there is nothing to fix. The only thing I need to do is be with myself from a space of true love and understanding. This realization was epic and life-changing.”

  • Emma Nicol

    Leadership Coach

“The 6 months I worked with Amber helped me to create a greater sense of trust and safety inside myself. Old stories and self-judgements (which in some cases, had plagued me for years), fell away and never returned. I learned for the first time, how to truly feel my feelings and not to be afraid.”

About Amber

I'm Amber Krzys—coach, spiritual guide, and founder of Fierce Loving, Inc.

I spent years doing the work the way most of us are taught: managing thoughts, building better habits, trying to optimize my way to freedom. I made real progress. And something still felt like it was missing.

What changed everything wasn't a new technique. It was the embodied understanding of how experience is created—not from the outside in, but from the inside out—and the expansion into freedom that revealed itself as the conditioning fell away. That understanding is what I now share through my writing, my private coaching, and The School for Humaning Well®, a six-month immersive program for those ready to go deeper.

I hold an MA in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and have trained with Byron Katie, Rohini Ross, Robert Holden, and Drs. Ron and Mary Hulnick. I live in Los Angeles with my husband Vince and our rescue dog Matzah.

And I'm still learning—which is probably why I write.
