A COMPLIMENTARY WORKSHOP
This Shouldn’t Be Like This:
An Evening of Real-Time Self-Inquiry
Meet the story that keeps you suffering—and find freedom together.
Have you ever caught yourself thinking, This shouldn’t be happening—about your health, your work, the news, or even someone else’s behavior?
It’s such a human response. The mind jumps in with its verdict: Wrong. Bad. Fix it. In that instant, the body tenses, the nervous system fires up, and life becomes something to battle, escape, or shut down around.
I recently shared a mini-masterclass about this very thing—using a story about waking up with intense neck pain. (You’ll get that video when you register.) In it, I talk about how the judgment this shouldn’t be like this quietly fuels our suffering—and how, when we soften and meet what’s really here, we see more clearly, breathe more deeply, and come into greater alignment within.
In this 90-minute live workshop, we’ll explore this misunderstanding together. We’ll slow down with an area where this story is active in your life, notice the layers beneath the judgment, drop into inquiry, and open space for fresh insight.
My intention is that you leave feeling more connected to what’s real—perhaps lighter, clearer, and more grounded—even if nothing “out there” has changed.
What You Can Expect
A guided self-inquiry process so you can work with what’s showing up in real time.
Practices to soften the mind’s grip and ease the body’s bracing response.
Space to witness fresh insights, dissolve old stories, and build inner safety.
Group connection and open coaching—seeing how deeply human we all are, and embracing the messiness that comes with this journey.
A deeper connection to your own wisdom—seeing how the intelligence of life is with you, guiding you, even in the moments that feel hardest.
This isn’t about pretending to like what you don’t or forcing yourself into positivity. It’s about discovering the freedom available in meeting life as it is.
