Your Quiet Superpower

Today I’m offering something a little different: a short video that introduces a practice I consider essential—not just for coaching, but for life.
It’s called Relaxed Listening.
At first glance, it might sound simple. We all listen, right? We’ve been doing it our whole lives.
But here’s the truth: most of us are listening through layers—of conditioning, of assumptions, of attachment to outcome. And when those layers are present, what we hear is filtered, narrowed, often distorted.
Relaxed Listening is about clearing the channel.
It’s the art of showing up open—body, mind, and heart—so you can actually hear what’s being said beneath the words.
This kind of listening reveals things. Not through effort or trying harder, but through presence. It creates space for your intuition to come forward. For your client’s truth to surface. For the conversation to deepen in ways you couldn’t have scripted.
This short teaching was pulled from a Summer Camp for Coaches class I led on proposals and objections. And while the context was enrollment, the invitation applies everywhere: in sessions, in relationships, and in those quiet moments with yourself.
In this video, you’ll explore:
What relaxed listening really is (and what gets in the way)
Why presence always outperforms performance
How to notice when you’ve tightened, judged, or checked out
Simple cues from your body to help you return to center
And how to use listening as a daily doorway into deeper trust

The more relaxed you are, the more you hear.
The more you hear, the more you serve.
And the more you serve, the more this work becomes what it’s truly meant to be—a shared space for transformation and a true expression of love.
After you watch, send me an email at hello@amberkrzys.com and tell me what you took away.
Sharing not only supports your integration—it helps us all grow.
With loving,
Amber
