Tuition for The School for Humaning Well is either:

  • One payment of $4,500 USD, due upon registration.

  • Five monthly payments of $995 USD, billed every 30 days from your initial registration date.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the intimate nature of this experience and the limited space available, tuition is non-refundable.

If you (i) choose not to participate after enrolling or (ii) decide not to continue once the program begins, all fees will be forfeited. If you are on a payment plan, all remaining payments will still be due. This protects the integrity of the container and supports our mutual commitment to the journey.

In the unlikely event that Amber Krzys is unable to continue leading the program, please contact her husband, Vince Ravine, at vince@vravinelaw.com to discuss any unused sessions.

PROGRAM AGREEMENTS

To co-create a space of transformation, safety, and shared respect, please read through the following agreements. These outline our mutual understanding for how we will engage with this work and one another.

Group Culture and Confidentiality

  • Confidentiality
What is shared in the group—whether in person over Zoom, or in Presence Partner sessions—stays within the group. This includes stories, insights, reflections, and all aspects of the journey. This commitment to confidentiality allows us to build trust and honor the vulnerability of every participant.

  • Student Mindset
Approach this program with an open heart and a beginner’s mind. Insights tend to come when we release expectation and allow ourselves to be present.

  • Making the Sessions Sacred
Please attend all Zoom sessions from a quiet, private space where you can be fully present. Arrive on time and give yourself space on both ends of class to center and integrate.

  • Engagement and Responsibility
Your experience in this program is shaped by your willingness to show up fully. That includes:

    • Attending all class weekends

    • Engaging in Presence Partner practices

    • Utilizing Office Hours as consistently as possible

    • Experimenting with insights and learnings between sessions

    • Taking personal responsibility for your inner and outer participation

This work is not about achieving perfection—it’s about relating honestly to your experience and receiving support. Your courage and curiosity will serve you here.

Attendance and Participation

  • Class Dates and Attendance
This is a live, immersive program that depends on your presence and engagement. The in-person class weekends are required. Virtual weekends, while more flexible, are core parts of the learning journey. Weekly Office Hours are optional and offered for support and connection between class weekends. Your consistent participation contributes to the impact of the work.

For a full list of dates and times, please reference the Program Overview section above.

  • Presence Partner Practice
Each month, you’ll be paired with a fellow participant to engage in a guided Presence Partner session. These are designed to deepen your capacity for noticing, reflection, and shared humanity. You are encouraged to approach these with care, openness, and commitment.

Recordings and Technology

  • Recordings and Access
Recordings of virtual sessions—including class weekends, guest sessions, and Office Hours—will be provided within 48 hours. These are for your personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.

Recordings will remain available until July 20, 2026.

Scope of Program

  • Private 1:1 Coaching with Amber Is Not Included
This program does not include individual coaching with Amber. However, she will offer direct coaching during all class weekends and weekly Office Hours.

  • This Is Not Therapy
The School for Humaning Well is not therapy and does not serve as a replacement for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or medical support. This is an educational and spiritual program focused on presence, compassion, and self-inquiry. Amber Krzys is not acting as a therapist in this program.

  • Disclaimer
The School for Humaning Well is experiential in nature—alive, embodied, and personal. Each class weekend is a sacred space designed to drop beneath the surface of concepts and into direct experience. You'll engage through teaching, conversation, guided meditation, movement, breathwork, creative practices, and more.

While this work may support greater emotional resilience and well-being, it is not clinical in nature and no specific outcomes are promised. Always consult your healthcare provider for any medical or mental health conditions.

Logistics

  • Travel, Lodging, and Meals Not Included
Participants are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and meals for the in-person weekends. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. A midday break will allow time for lunch, either brought from home or purchased nearby.

Personal Well-Being

  • Holding Yourself with Care
Participation in a transformational program can bring deep insights, emotional release, and meaningful shifts in how you relate to your life. By enrolling, you agree to be responsible for your well-being throughout the process.

If additional support is needed—whether medical, therapeutic, or emotional—you agree to seek outside care as appropriate. Your wellness is yours to honor. Amber Krzys, as a coach, does not provide medical, therapy, or psychotherapy services.

A Note About Signature

Each participant will receive a physical copy of this agreement to sign on the first day of our in-person class session. This is part of how we honor the sacredness of our shared space and the commitment we’re making to ourselves and one another.

By registering for this program, you agree to honor these guidelines and hold space for yourself and others in the group.
