Behind-the-Scenes with Amber Shirley
In this episode of Behind-the-Scenes for Coaches, Amber Krzys interviews Amber Shirley about how she chose to create a $50K investment to work with her own coach—despite earning $60K the year before. A powerful conversation on money mindset, identity shifts, enrollment, and moving from hustle to grace.
Shattering an Old Identity
Three of my most recent individual clients (two coaches and one producer) all made their coaching investment of $30K back within the first two months of working together.
That transformation unfolded in part because of the new skills/tools they were learning, their willingness to take action, and most importantly because they shattered an old identity. The moment they said yes to coaching there was an internal shift that got matched with external action (paying the fee—the grand gesture). Those combined actions created an immediate programming upgrade.

Saying No With Grace
Saying no is a requirement in life and work. Whether you are at the beginning of your practice and need to say no to social time, scrolling on Facebook or added job demands, or whether you’re further along in your business and need to say no to requests for interviews, partnerships and more, learning to say no with grace is a game-changer.
