Answering the Call

I've been working on a project in my business—something new. Something that's taken me out of my comfort zone and into unfamiliar terrain. And yet, it feels like a direct assignment from Life.
It's not that I haven't created before. I've developed offerings and programs I've loved—each one a reflection of my growth, my curiosity, my evolution. And this current project is no different on that front.
Where it is different is in how it's coming through me. It doesn't feel like it's “mine.” It doesn't feel like it means anything about me. My identity, my worth, my success—they're not tied to its outcome. It feels like it belongs to the world. Like it's meant for those who are ready to receive it. I'm just the one being asked to give it form.
And let me be honest: I've paused more than once in this process and asked, “Me? Are you sure this is mine to do?”
The answer—every time—has been yes.
So, I'm answering that call. Which means I'm also meeting the parts of myself that feel afraid. Afraid because the subject matter is alive and expansive—and deepening by the day. And my mind doesn't know what to do with that. It wants something to hold onto. Something predictable. Something safe.
It worries:
Will this resonate?
Will people get it?
Will it work?
It's not a how-to—how to love your body or how to make more money. Not directly anyway. I've lived in those conversations. They've been central to my work. They met a clear need and offered a sense of comfort—for both me and those I've served. I'm grateful for that journey. And, looking back, I can see how that familiar rhythm created a kind of safety… one that wasn't entirely real.
With this new project, I'm not offering a step-by-step formula. I'm pointing people back to their own wisdom—so they can trust their inner voice, follow their own guidance, and discover the “how” that's true for them.
And that feels… untethered.
Like I'm flying without a safety strap. Creating for the sake of creating.
And you know what? The process is thrilling. It's unpredictable. It's inspired and spacious and full of joy. There are no rules. That would've scared me in the past. But not anymore.
Because my faith in Life—and my connection to the me that exists beyond this form—is stronger now. The more rooted we are in that place, the more everything begins to shift. Not because challenges disappear, but because we relate to them differently. We stop resisting the storms and start trusting our capacity to weather them. We turn inward, tuning into the channel that doesn't change. You might call it stillness. Spaciousness. Presence. Love. Words don't quite do it justice.
And just to be clear—I'm not saying creating from this place is the goal. Or that it's better than creating from fear, urgency, or attachment (though you may enjoy the process more.) It's not a hierarchy.
We create from the consciousness level we're at. And that's perfect. Each offering carries its own frequency…and learnings. And there's always someone on the other side of it who's a match.
All to say: you can't mess up.
Just create. Follow your aliveness. Meet your discomfort when it shows up—because it will show up. It's supposed to. The trees that face the greatest obstacles before harvest often bear the sweetest fruit.
If you're ready for more: experiment with creating for the sake of creating. Draw. Paint. Write. Let yourself detach from the outcome… from needing it to be good. Let yourself discover what that's like.
Maybe you'll move beyond the noise of the mind and into the pure bliss of creation—and possibly come home to your true self along the way.
With love and aliveness,
Amber
PS: I'll be announcing this new project next Saturday inside my broader community—the space I write to that's open to everyone, not just coaches. If you'd like to receive that and be among the first to know, you can sign up here.
