summer camp

FOR COACHES

A five day (15 hour) intensive for coaches of all backgrounds and styles
PLUS an In-Person Day of Miracles Option for Nine Coaches

Summer is the perfect time to carve out space to think about, and create in your coaching practice. The spacious days carry an energy of relaxation, play, and joy—the exact qualities that inspire new ideas, possibilities, and higher-level thinking.

THIS YEAR’S THEME IS

Service

We hear so much about service as the guiding principle for a thriving coaching practice,
but what does that really mean? What does service look like in enrollment? Once someone is a client?
And, what about in your own day-to-day life?

Elements of Service

  • Knowing Yourself

  • Care for Your Instrument

  • Your Presence

  • Slowing Down

  • Levels of Listening

  • Empathy

  • Intuition

  • Stand for Possibility & Miracles

  • Coach Swagger

  • Mission

OVER THE COURSE OF FIVE DAYS, PARTICIPANTS
WILL MEET VIA ZOOM TO DIVE INTO:

Enemies of Service

  • Comfort

  • Busyness & Distraction

  • Self-Involvement

  • Attachment

  • Judgment/Pleasing/Being Liked

  • Underworking & Overworking

  • Spraying Your Energy

  • Savior Complex

  • Over Responsibility

  • Perfection

  • Taking the Crumbs

each day of camp

We will examine two elements and enemies of service—cultivating one and letting go of the other. In my experience, no matter how service-oriented you are there is always room to grow. Service is first a choice and then a muscle. Strengthening it into a way of being takes time and practice.

We will utilize short meditation and movement practices to ground and/or shift energy, as well as engage in activities to reinforce your learnings. There will also be ample time for open coaching to ask specific questions about your coaching practice.

Participants will leave camp: clear on ways to expand their service, slow down, open to greater possibilities for themselves and their clients, give from the overflow, stand in their leadership, share their voice more confidently, and create more from joy with less fear.

Summer camp can also be used to create a new client, put together a new workshop, or start a new conversation right now. Coming together to play full out creates an energy of possibility where ANYTHING can happen. As my husband says often, “ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. ANYTHING HAPPENS EVERY DAY.”

What people are saying

Laura Foster | professional life and leadership coach

My experience with Amber has been incredibly rich and so helpful. Certainly, she’s helped me build a sustainable coaching practice, but beyond that, she supported me in finding more joy, more enthusiasm, and more light in my life. Amber was incredibly influential in creating and filling two rounds of my signature group coaching program- Women Who Want More, and in helping me fill a number of workshops both live and online.

Before Amber came into my life, I was dreaming of becoming a coach without putting any real action into place. I’m now a full-time coach and I treat it like a profession. My income in my coaching business this year has already surpassed my income for the entirety of last year (which was my best year ever in business) and it’s only April. There’s no doubt that I will continue to work with Amber because the truth is when I work with Amber I make more money as a coach.

The best thing about working with Amber, however, is having her in my corner—knowing that she is holding for my highest good and sharing so much love with me on our calls and beyond. I feel safe with her, I feel celebrated, and more than anything, I feel truly seen.

YURIANA KIM | creativity coach

To be honest, I was reluctant to join Amber’s coaching immersion program because as a coach I had gone through some of the same training as Amber. But from our first conversation, I quickly realized Amber’s mastery as a coach and how much I could learn from her. One of her favorite sayings is “you don’t know what you don’t know until you know.” Amber helped me see my blind spots and some of the limiting assumptions I was making that were holding me back from fully owning the value I provide as a coach. And being coached on actual issues and questions as they come up, is priceless.

While in one of her six-month programs, I created five complimentary workshops, my first intensive weekend workshop, my own meetup group, and my first 5-month group program, and I’m set to double my coaching income this year from last year.

And I’ve learned so much and received so much support from the other women in the group. I’m thrilled that when the program came to an end, we as a group requested (and got) an extension!
