life and leadership

COMMUNITY

Life and Leadership. They may seem like separate topics, but to me, they are one and the same. Living a good life requires leadership, and being an effective leader requires having a good life.

In essence your life impacts your leadership and your leadership impacts your life.

You aren’t a human doing. You are a human being. Your joy from all the areas of your life (caring for your body/heart/mind, your family, friends, hobbies, spiritual life, etc.) infuses your leadership. It makes you a better listener and communicator. It makes you more creative, compassionate, and clear on your boundaries.

Prioritizing joy is the next evolution of success and leaders who are implementing that are finding greater returns inside and out.

Leadership isn’t about training. It’s about living. Leadership is a daily practice—starting with YOU.

Whether you’re head of a team of 40 people or you’re a stay-at-home mom taking care of the kids and the household, you are a leader.

How you speak to yourself and
others…leadership.

Who you be when you’re with your family…leadership.

How you schedule your day…leadership.

If you’re looking for ways to strengthen your leadership muscle, you are in the right place.

This community is about discovering your truth and living it more fully.
Twice a month I share
